We are a small, varied group of adult, masters (over 35 years of age), high school, marathoners, middle-distance runners and sprinters. The training setting is designed to be small to ensure individual attention to each athlete, for every workout. Some of us are competitive athletes, some are not.
We welcome new runners. We welcome casual and beginner runners, as well. We generally work out two times a week - Tuesday nights at 7:15 pm at McCarren Park, and Thursday night in Central Park.
